1. Check and close the hot plate heating switch on the electric control cabinet (turn it to the OFF position), remove the protective cover on the temperature control meter, and turn the knob in the center to set the desired temperature.
2. Press the timer relay scheduling button on the electric control cabinet (which can be scheduled cyclically), select the timing unit: s is seconds, m is minutes, and h is hours; then select the corresponding value.
3. Turn the power switch to the 1 (or ON) position to turn on the power.
4. Jog the push button of the oil pump to check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. Be careful not to allow long-term rotation.
5. Check and open and close the manual control valve, and then press the mold clamping (initiated by the oil pump) button to close the device; when the pressure rises to the upper limit of the pressure gauge after the mold clamping, the motor stops to count the start together, and the pressure phase is performed; the pressure process In the middle, when the pressure drops to the lower limit of automatic pressure compensation set by the electric contact pressure gauge, the motor automatically initiates and compensates the mold clamping pressure until the upper limit set pressure is reached, then automatically stops and the automatic pressure compensation is ended; when the pressure time expires, the sound and light If the alarm device alarms, press the connecting button of the oil pump, then pull the handle of the manual control valve, open the manual control valve until the end of mold opening, and end a working cycle. During the mold clamping process, you can press the oil pump connection button to connect the mold at any time.
6. After the equipment is launched, the handle of the manual valve should be pulled successively to make the plunger move up and down or loosen the hexagonal bleed screw above the opposite side of the cylinder, and then close the mold to a lower pressure to exhaust the air in the cylinder before testing.
7. System pressure setting: The low pressure of the system is controlled by the low pressure relief valve, which is mainly used to control the mold clamping speed of the equipment. The low pressure is only allowed to be dispatched to stop the rise of the plunger faster, generally 0.2-0.5Mpa, then Too high is harmful and unprofitable, it will only cause overload of the motor, but has no effect on the mold clamping speed; the high pressure of the system is controlled by the high pressure relief valve, which is mainly used to control the high pressure of the equipment, which can be dispatched according to different processes. The upper limit of the flow valve and the electrical contact pressure gauge are set, but the maximum pressure of the high pressure is not allowed to exceed the additional system voltage of 16Mpa; when the system pressure is scheduled to 16Mpa, the clamping force is 0.5MN, and when the pressure is 14Mpa, the clamping force is 0.44MN, 12Mpa The clamping force is 0.38MN, and the clamping force is 0.31MN at 10Mpa; the adjustment method of the relief valve is: there is a dispatch screw at the outermost end of the high and low pressure relief valve, loosen the tightening nut on the dispatch screw, and turn left The dispatching screw is for downward pressure, and the right-handed dispatching screw is for increasing pressure. After adjusting the high and low pressure of the cooperative electrical contact pressure gauge, tighten the lock nut (Note: each relief valve has been installed before leaving the factory). Good, general high pressure relief valve is adjusted to the extra pressure in the system, according to a separate schedule can be, but generally is not allowed to schedule low pressure relief valve). Otherwise, after the control valves of the hydraulic system have been repaired, turn the dispatch screws to the outermost end, and then first adjust the low pressure and then the high pressure.
Attention: When people get away from the machine or repair the machine, the power switch should be closed.
