The traditional correction methods are surfacing, thermal spraying, electric brush crossing, etc., but several methods have certain disadvantages: surfacing will cause the surface of the part to reach a high temperature, forming parts deformed or cracked, affecting the standard accuracy and normal use, Cracks can also occur in severe cases; although the brush crossing has no thermal effect, the thickness of the crossing layer should not be too thick, the pollution is severe, and the application is also greatly restricted. Because the data is a "variable" connection, when an external force impacts the data, the data will deform to absorb the external force, and will expand and contract with the expansion and contraction of the bearing or other components. It will always work closely with the components and reduce the chance of wear. For the wear of large vulcanizers, "molds" or "cooperative parts" can also be used to make on-site corrections to damaged equipment, to prevent the overall disassembly of the equipment, to ensure the cooperation standards of parts, and to meet the production and operation requirements of the equipment.
Operating procedures:
1. Pay attention to the temperature of the hot plate during preheating. If it fails to meet the requirements, it must be dispatched under the guidance of the instructor to prevent unauthorized disturbances.
2. Before the experiment, check whether the required scale is reached in the fuel tank, and then turn on the machine to check whether the components are operating normally and whether the upright (frame) is lubricated.
3. When placing the mold in the hot plate, prevent scalding or crushing, and do not put the mold when the hot plate rises.
4. After the mold is loaded, the center of the tablet should be placed, and the person should stand in the center of the operation table. When the required pressure is reached after the mold is closed, the motor is closed. If it fails to meet the requirements, please instruct the teacher to arrange it.
5. Use iron hooks to remove the mold to prevent crushing hands. When the mold is opened, the product sticks to the mold. Tap on the mold to be careful of the hand to prevent the mold from falling or hitting the foot.
6. If the machine fails, it is necessary to block the power supply immediately, and report to the teacher to stop unauthorized disassembly of all components.
