Vulcanization machine fault diagnosis (hydraulic part)

1 The hydraulic pump of the vulcanizing machine is noisy or the pressure fluctuates during operation. The oil filter at the oil inlet is blocked. Replace the oil filter The paper body of the pump body and the pump cover are worn and shocked. A paper pad is added between the pump body and the pump cover.
The pump body and the pump cover are poorly sealed, and air is sucked in during rotation. Tighten the connection screws between the pump body and the pump cover, and no leakage is allowed.
Reduced gear mesh accuracy Replace gear
Lack of oil delivery Axial or radial clearance is too large Repair or replacement parts
High oil viscosity or high oil temperature Select suitable working oil and install cooling equipment
Oil filter clogged Replace oil filter
The operation of the oil pump is not normal or there is a bite phenomenon. The axial and radial gaps of the oil pump are too small. Adjust the axial and radial gaps
The concentricity of the cover and the shaft is not good Replace the cover so that it is concentric with the shaft
Failure of the pressure valve The tension spring of the pressure valve is deformed, and the small hole of the valve body is blocked. Replace the spring, clean the small holes of the valve body or replace the pressure valve
2 The pressure reducing valve of the vulcanizing machine has insufficient working pressure. The pressure setting of the relief valve is too low. Adjust the pressure of the relief valve.
Overflow valve spool stuck. Clean overflow valve and reassemble
Lack of operating flow Lack of system oil supply Lack of fuel tank
Large leakage in the valve The gap between the spool valve and the valve body is too large, replace the new product
External leakage O-ring damaged Replace O-ring
Poor sealing of the flange surface of the oil port device Check the tightening and sealing of the corresponding parts
The fastening screws and pressure adjusting screw nuts of each joint surface are loose, and the corresponding parts are fastened
3 The directional valve of the vulcanizing machine The spool valve is not flexible. The spool valve is damaged. Clean or repair the burr of the spool valve and the valve hole and damage the appearance
Spool valve deformation Adjust the screw pressing force of the device, and the device torque should not exceed the specified value
Reset spring break, replace spring
Solenoid valve coil burnt Coil insulation is bad Replace electromagnet
Low voltage keeps the voltage at the rated voltage
The operating pressure and flow rate exceed the specified value. Adjust the operating pressure or use a higher function valve
The oil return pressure is too high Check the back pressure, it should be below the specified value 1.6MPa
4 Hydraulic cylinder of vulcanizing machine External oil leakage Piston rod bruises and pulls, repairs or replaces new parts
Piston seals wear out Replace new seals
Defective hydraulic cylinder device Adjust the device position
Piston rod creeps Hydraulic cylinder enters air Loosen joint and expel air
The full length or part of the piston rod is tortuous. The full length correction of the piston rod makes the straightness <= 0.3mm / 100mm or replace the piston
Strain in the cylinder Repair the internal and external appearance of the cylinder, replace the cylinder when serious
