When the parts of the vulcanizing machine are finely ground, the amount of back-eating knife should be reduced, and the number of smoothing times should be added to ensure the machining accuracy and external lubrication of the workpiece. There are two common methods for fine grinding of parts in vulcanizing machines, especially the radial grinding method and the continuous surface hole grinding method
1. Radial grinding method
The radial grinding method is the same as the external radial grinding. It is suitable for the grinding of the inner hole with a small length of the vulcanizing machine, and the production efficiency is higher. In order to avoid the occurrence of reverse taper, several short-distance reciprocating strokes can be made near the bottom of the hole. Remove the debris from the vulcanizer hole in time.
2. Continuous surface hole grinding method
If there is a grooved keyway or radial through hole on the surface of the inner hole of the vulcanizing machine part, it indicates that there is a continuous phenomenon between the grinding wheel and the hole wall. The inner hole is prone to shape errors. Corresponding measures should be adopted when grinding, that is, the width of the grinding wheel should be appropriately increased. Try to choose a long shaft with a larger diameter, and use diamond to repair the grinding wheel in time; for the inner hole with higher precision, you can insert hardwood or bakelite in the keyway.
Attention should be paid to the following aspects when grinding by the radial grinding method:
1. When grinding the step hole, in order to ensure the coaxiality of the vulcanizer step hole, it is required that the vulcanizing machine workpiece grind several holes in one clamping, and carefully adjust the position of the iron to prevent the grinding wheel from hitting the inner end surface of the hole .
2. When the inner (or outer) end face and hole have straightness requirements, you can use a cup-shaped grinding wheel to grind the end face. The diameter should not be too large to ensure that the grinding wheel touches the inner end face of the vulcanizing machine workpiece in one direction, otherwise it will affect the inner end face Straightness. When the grinding wheel exits the surface of the inner hole, the grinding wheel should be withdrawn from the lateral direction, and then withdrawn from the longitudinal feed direction to avoid spiral marks on the workpiece.
Due to the requirements of the products produced by the flat belt flat vulcanizing machine, clamping devices are provided, which are mainly used to pre-stretch the adhesive tape before vulcanization, so that the flat belt can be uniformly stressed during the vulcanization process, and will not be due to the time of vulcanization. The stretching is too rapid and deforms, ensuring that the rubber reaches minimum deformation during the vulcanization process.
