Method for measuring noise of vulcanizer

The vulcanizing machine is particularly simple to form noise when working. Different vulcanizing machines have different noise specifications, and their quality is also a big factor.

The equipment and basic conditions of vulcanizer noise monitoring time, the fixation and connection of the flat vulcanizer should be indicated in the operation manual. The flat vulcanizer should be installed on the flat reflective surface made of concrete. If an elastic base pad is used between the machine and its supporting surface, its technical characteristics should be recorded. The conditions of all the measured devices and the foundation should be the same.

Determination of the weighted sound power level, if the A-weighted sound pressure level measured in the position of the operator exceeds 85dB, a specification should be selected to determine the A-weighted sound power level. If practicable, the engineering method should be selected, and each loudspeaker position should be measured once, and the duration of each measurement should be performed in accordance with F.5 rules. The measurement surface should be parallel hexagons; the measurement interval should be 1m.
