Temperature control instructions:
1. In the working process, when the mold temperature and the machine tool temperature are controlled by double closed loop, the mold temperature is always under high precision control, so as to ensure the perfect realization of the production process, and the closed loop will be lifted outside the working cycle.
2. During the temperature rise of the vulcanizing machine mold, the red light is on. When the operating temperature is reached, the alarm light turns green. If there is any change in the mold temperature during the production process of the vulcanizing machine and any point does not match the set temperature, the audible and visual alarm will be activated and the machine tool will automatically release the pressure.
3. The temperature control of the vulcanizing machine is that the intelligent controller controls the temperature of the upper, middle and lower three-layer heating plates during the vulcanization process, and displays the detection results of the heating plate temperature and the set temperature value on the display panel.
