1. Automatic control can realize the functions of mold clamping, exhaust, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm, mold opening and unloading, etc .; the touch screen displays the temperature of each heating area of the hot plate in time.
2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500 material, and the plunger is made of dense, hard alloy cast iron, which is finely ground after casting; the sealing form of the hydraulic cylinder is YX type sealing ring.
3. The side of the hot plate adopts hydraulic automatic iron jacking, under the action of four oil cylinders, the horns on both sides of the hot plate advance and retreat at the same time; the two ends of the hot plate are provided with anti-horn overlapping devices.
4. Each heating zone of the hot plate is equipped with a set of temperature regulating valve groups. Under the control of PLC, the temperature of each heating zone of the hot plate is ensured to be uniform and consistent.
5. Hydraulic system: using hydraulic stations using well-known brands at home and abroad, under the control of PLC, it can realize automatic: mold clamping, exhaust, mold opening and unloading.
6. Mechanical synchronous balance mechanism: There is a synchronous shaft running through the unit below the platform, and gear racks are provided at both ends of the shaft to ensure the horizontal lifting of the platform.
7. Mold clamping guide device: There are mold clamping guide devices on both sides of the lower pad. The frame plate and the platform are installed with guide seats. The guide seats are processed with slopes, and the distance of the slopes can be adjusted by the jacking wire.
Description of temperature control:
1. The temperature control of the vulcanizing machine is that the intelligent controller controls the temperature of the upper, middle and lower three-layer heating plate during the vulcanization process, and displays the detection results of the heating plate temperature and the set temperature value on the display panel.
2. During the temperature rise of the vulcanizing machine mold, the red light is on. When the operating temperature is reached, the alarm light turns green. If there is any change in the mold temperature during the production process of the vulcanizing machine and any point does not match the set temperature, the audible and visual alarm will be activated and the machine tool will automatically release the pressure.
3. In the working process, when the mold temperature and the machine tool temperature are controlled by double closed loop, the mold temperature is always under high precision control, so as to ensure the perfect realization of the production process, and the closed loop will be lifted outside the working cycle.
