Requirements for the grinding and jointing of the joints of the belt vulcanizing machine
  
(1) Use an electric wire grinder to carefully polish the cloth layer, and polish the surface of the cloth layer with vulcanized rubber. The cloth layer must not be damaged. The cover rubber and the edge rubber are polished to a rough surface.
(2) After correcting the leading ends of the glued joints according to the center line, fix the two ends with a splint.
(3) Clean the fixed leader with cleaning agent as soon as possible, and then apply the glue for the first time.
After it is dry, touch the glue with the back of your hand until it feels non-sticky, and then apply it a second time. The core glue and plug glue are also applied twice.
