The oil leakage of the vulcanizing machine is the technical knowledge that the operator must master.
Using process equipment (drilling template) to drill through the oil hole, it can completely solve the shortcoming of the error of the oil hole between the two pieces is too large.
① All kinds of holes (large and small holes) of the drilling template must be processed on the coordinate boring machine. The hole pitch error can be controlled within ± 0.006mm. Imitation: within the general hole pitch error requires ± 0.1mm. It is positioned by the four screw holes of the mounting valve, four positioning pins are installed on the drilling template, and inserted into the four mounting holes of the valve body.
② The four mounting screw holes of the valve body must be scored to drill the threaded bottom hole, and the drilling template is positioned with these four holes, and then the oil hole is drilled. The processing procedure in this way can ensure the accurate positioning of the center distance "X" of the oil passage of the valve body of the vulcanizer, even if the oil temperature rises to 60 ℃, no oil leakage will occur.
In addition, when installing the control valve screws, pay attention to:
① The length of the four screws to install the control valve should be more than twice the diameter of the screw.
