SSY12.5/4 type manual hydraulic pump instructions

The SSY12.5/4 manual hydraulic pump is used for the pressurization of the vulcanizer. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, simple structure, beautiful appearance, convenient use and maintenance, etc. It is an ideal portable manual hydraulic pump.

The working medium of the pump is clean water with a temperature of 560 °C.

The pump is a vertical single-cylinder manual reciprocating pump, which is composed of main components such as water tank, cylinder block, plunger, inlet valve group, pressure gauge, handle drain valve and working nozzle. During operation, the handle moves the plunger up and down. When the plunger rises, the inlet valve opens, the working medium is drawn into the cylinder. When the plunger is depressed, the inlet valve opens and the working medium is drawn into the cylinder. When pressed, the inlet valve closes, the outlet valve opens, and the medium is pressurized and discharged from the side. When the pressure rises to the required working pressure, the pump is kept under pressure, the pressure gauge indication value is the working pressure, the pressure holding is over, the drain valve is opened, and the working medium is returned to the water tank to relieve pressure.

Install the pressure gauge first. (The seal between the table and the pipe joint is the O-ring seal 10×19GB123586 handle and the work joint (high pressure joint and quick joint assembly). The water tank is filled with the medium and then starts working.

During use, please add a few drops of oil to the plunger and pin at regular intervals to lubricate. If leakage is found, it should be repaired first. If tightening the threaded joints, adjust the pressure nut of the plunger seal. If it is found that the pressure holding performance is poor or the boosting speed is too slow, it is mainly necessary to check whether the drain valve is closed, and then check whether the inlet valve leaks. If necessary, remove the cleaning, repair or replace the grinding.

When the pump is inactive for a long time, it should drain the inner cavity and drain the anti-rust oil or oil for anti-corrosion treatment.
