1. The curing time. This is an important factor affecting the vulcanization of the four-post tape vulcanizing machine. If the time is too short, the degree of vulcanization is insufficient (also known as under-sulfur). If the time is too long, the degree of vulcanization is too high (commonly known as oversulfur). Only suitable vulcanization degree (commonly known as positive vulcanization) of flat belt vulcanizing machine can guarantee the best comprehensive performance.
2. The vulcanization temperature. If the temperature is 10 ° C higher, the curing time is about half longer. In order to ensure the comparison of the average vulcanization level, individual thick rubber products are gradually vulcanized by gradually heating up and high temperature for a long time.
3. The amount of sulfur. The greater the amount of sulfur used, the faster the vulcanization speed and the higher the vulcanization level that can be reached. The solubility of sulfur in rubber is limited, and an appropriate amount of sulfur will be precipitated from the surface of the rubber compound, commonly known as "sulfur spray". The amount of sulfur used in soft rubber does not exceed 3% individually, the amount used in semi-rigid rubber is about 20%, and the amount used in hard rubber vulcanization conditions can be as high as 40%.
