1. The curing time of the belt vulcanizing machine. This is an important factor affecting the vulcanization of the four-post tape vulcanizing machine. If the time is too short, the degree of vulcanization is insufficient (also known as under-sulfur). If the time is too long, the degree of vulcanization is too high (commonly known as oversulfur). Only suitable vulcanization degree (commonly known as positive vulcanization) of flat belt vulcanizing machine can guarantee the best comprehensive performance.
2. The vulcanization temperature of the belt vulcanizer. If the temperature is 10 ℃ higher, the curing time will be extended by about half. In order to ensure a relatively average vulcanization level, thick rubber products are individually heated gradually and high temperature for a long time.
3. The amount of sulfur in the belt vulcanizer. The greater the amount of sulfur used, the faster the vulcanization speed and the higher the vulcanization level that can be reached.
