Development status of conveyor belt flat vulcanizer

With the application of conveyor belts in various fields in China, the number of manufacturers of conveyor belt vulcanizers has also increased rapidly. It is understood that there are more than 30 manufacturers of conveyor belt vulcanizers in China. In order to meet different market demands, in addition to the conveyor belt standards stipulated by the state, non-standard flat vulcanizer series have also appeared in the structure and specifications of conveyor belt vulcanizers.

The structure mainly includes frame plate type, column type and side plate type structure, but mostly frame type; the parameters are mainly expressed in the range of processing conveyor belt, the width can be from 650 to 6000mm, the length can be from 650 to 15000, the thickness can be from 0.3 ～ 50mm. With the continuous improvement of science and technology, conveyor belt vulcanizers say that the specifications of conveyor belts that can be produced will be more extensive.

The temperature, pressure and time of the vulcanizing process of the conveyor belt are the three elements of its vulcanization. Accurate control of these three elements is the key to determining the quality of the product. Whether the vulcanization pressure is constant depends on the hydraulic station and is guaranteed by special equipment; the vulcanization time is generally easy to accurately control; relatively speaking, the most difficult to control is the vulcanization temperature, that is, the hot plate temperature. At first, most of them used steam as a heat source to control the temperature. Steam heating was used. The medium was cheaper, the pipeline control was simple, and the cost was low. However, there was a temperature lag during the heating process, and the process control degree was poor. Subsequent to the hot oil heating; compared with the use of steam heating, it has the advantages of small temperature fluctuation, easy automatic control, and good product quality. Therefore, it has been used in some large flat vulcanizing machines. With the advancement of science and technology, it has been proposed to use electromagnetic heating. At present, this technology is still in the experimental stage and has not been officially put into use.
