The belt vulcanizing machine is one of the main equipments for producing radial truck tires. Reasons why the belt vulcanizing machine does not automatically open the mold after vulcanization
(1) The discharge of external pressure is too slow, and the discharge of condensate is not complete or not discharged.
(2) The sealing ring 0-type sealing ring is aged or damaged.
(3) The zero pressure switch fails.
(4) The vacuum solenoid valve fails.

When the belt vulcanizing machine is used, it must comply with certain specifications, so as to prolong its service life.
First of all, we must prepare tools, metal parts and rubber materials for products, and rubber materials for different purposes should not be confused. Weighing is calibrated with a platform scale, and it can be used again after debugging. Items and weights should be taken lightly during weighing. It is forbidden to take the weights by hand. Avoid moving and touching the cursor and scale of the weighing instrument by hand. Weighing rubber semi-finished products must be accurate and made into corresponding shapes.
Before starting the belt vulcanizing machine, carefully check the vulcanizing machine, electrical instruments, hydraulic system, and pipe fittings for abnormalities, and clean up the sundries on the equipment and workbench. Adjust the temperature, time and pressure of the required products according to the process requirements, and do not change them at will without permission. Before the vulcanization, the mold should be cleaned of oil and rubber, and the scrubbing of the mold or the application of the mold release agent must use fine cotton yarn, fine cloth or soft brush. When removing the mold adhesive, it is necessary to use bamboo, wood, brass utensils, and iron utensils are prohibited.
Care must be taken when loading and unloading the mold, and it must not collide with the mold cavity or load the wrong template. Multiple molds are produced at the same time, and each mold template must not be confused. When the flat plate is opened and the mold is about to bear the pressure, the energy should be concentrated, and the mold clamping condition should be observed, and the pressure can not be suppressed when there is no abnormality. After pressurizing, those that need to be vented should immediately depressurize and vent. During the vulcanization process, the pressure drop should be opened in time to reach the specified pressure.
At the beginning of vulcanization, the rubber material overflowing from the mold is removed in time and can be reused, but the semi-dehydrated and vulcanized rubber is not allowed to be reused or mixed into the semi-finished rubber material. After the opening temperature of the cold mold, the vulcanization time is slightly extended during the first vulcanization. According to the precise condition of products and molds, brass or iron mold release tools are used, but iron mold release tools are not allowed for precision molds.
To accurately grasp the vulcanization time, it is not allowed to under-sulfur and over-sulfur. If there is a power outage during the vulcanization process, the vulcanization time should be properly extended. Maintain and maintain the equipment in time. After the mold is used, it should be oiled and maintained in time. The work place should be kept clean at all times, and the doors and windows should be closed in a timely manner to prevent dust from entering and the ground water.
